"Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life."- Proverbs 4:23
Since the heart is the center of life, both natural and spiritual, if it ceases to work, death will follow. The heart pictures our will and affections. We should try to be active in love, and cultivate thoughts and sentiments in agreement with God’s will. The issues of life, respecting our words and deeds, are guarded and influenced by the heart. Hebrews 2:7,8
