"I am that bread of life."- John 6:48

Jesus said "Man shall not live by bread alone," and yet he said he is "the bread of life."- This may seem like a contradiction, but the first bread mentioned is made with hands, baked in an oven, to feed our bodies. The second bread of life’ is a picture of our Savior, and Christians are said to be feeding on his Word. Everyone filled with this bread will live forever. John 6:33
