The Bible says Christians are running a race, and the mark toward which we aim is perfect love. We are to love God and his righteousness; we are to love our fellow runners; and finally, we are to love even our enemies. If we can do this we will receive the prize of the high calling, sharing in Jesus’ glory and work. Romans 2:6,7
